Our own tool management enables high flexibility and minor downtimes.

Due to a qualified supplier management we only cooperate with certified suppliers to guarantee high-quality products.

Hot-pressed parts are produced by fully automated machines with a force of pressure of 250 - 500 t.

  • A special cooling process enables a uniform and fine structure with a better fibre flow 
  • Construction and production of dies and cutting tools in our own tool manufacture for a flexible and prompt realization

The complete inhouse-production of cast parts enables an extremely high flexibility when realising product and customers requirements so that above all small and middle-sized series can be manufactured fast and precisely.

  • Production of casting parts on mould casting machines with modern induction furnace equipment  
  • The production of ingot moulds and cores is carried out in our own tool manufacture 
  • From placing orders until delivery of samples there will be only 14 days (if the ingot moulds are available)

CNC lathes with corresponding programming places enable processing of complex and difficult parts in one single mounting.

  • Rotation symmetrical parts up to a bar diameter of 90 mm
  • Max. size of the form parts (e.g. T-fitting or bracket): diameter 100 mm / length 420 mm

  • Automatic lathes with main- and opposed spindle and powered tools
  • Employment of six spindle and eight spindle automatic lathes for all large-scale productions with max. passage of 51 mm
  • Revolving transfer machines (6-8 stations) completely controlled by CNC lathes
