Please read the following explanations carefully. If you have any questions, please contact our data protection officer. The contact details can be found below in this data privacy statement.

1 Definitions

Data protection is a complex topic. In order to facilitate your understanding of this data privacy statement, we have compiled a few basic definitions for you.

A "Contract Processing" (short CP) within the meaning of Art. 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (formerly "Contract Data Processing" (short CDP) according to § 11 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG)) is simply understood as a service in which Personal Data is collected, processed and / or used by a service provider (Contract Processor according to GDPR and Contract Data Processor according to BDSG) on behalf of and according to the instructions of the so-called Data Controller. Before such a contract is awarded to a service provider, we conclude a special contract with the service provider and ensure further measures to protect your Personal Data.

"Cookies" are small text files that are saved on your device (e.g. computer or smartphone) and that store certain settings and data for exchange with our system via your browser. A cookie usually contains the name of the website visited, from which the cookie data was sent, information about the age of the cookie and an alphanumeric identifier. Cookies enable our systems to recognize the user's device and to make any presettings immediately available.

Third Party is any natural or legal person or public body other than the person concerned, the Data Controller, the Contract Processor and any persons who, under the direct authority of the Data Controller or Contract Processor, are authorized to process Personal Data, cf. Art. 4 No. 10 GDPR. Therefore, a service provider that is provided with Personal Data in the context of Contract Processing in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR or § 11 BDSG is not considered a Third Party, for example.

IP Addresses are sequences of digits that can be assigned to individual IT devices or a group of those devices. The IP Address is used, similar to postal addresses, to assign data to the correct recipient.

"Personal Data" means all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, in particular first and last name, date of birth, e-mail address, home address, as well as bank and payment data, but also health data, cf. Art. 4 No. 1 GDPR (details of an identified or identifiable natural person pursuant to § 3 (1) BDSG).

"Data Controller" according to Art. 4 No. 7 GDPR (formerly "Responsible Body" according to § 3 (7) BDSG) is any person or body that alone or together with others decides on the purposes and means of processing Personal Data. (present: the website operator).

4 Integration of Third Party services and content

4.1 General information

In some cases, Third Party content, such as YouTube videos, maps from Google Maps or graphics from other websites are included as part of this online offer. This always requires that the IP Address of the user is visible to the provider of such content (hereinafter referred to as the "Third Party Provider"). Without the IP Address, the content could generally not be sent to the user's browser. The IP Address is therefore necessary in order to display this content. We try hard only to use content from providers who use the IP Address to deliver content, and for nothing else. However, we have no control over whether the Third Party Provider might, for example, save the IP Address for statistical purposes. If we know of any such usage, we notify the user.

The permission to collect and store data may be revoked at any time with future effect.

If you do not wish Cookies to be stored, you can prevent this by making the appropriate settings in your browser. However, we explicitly point out that in this case not all functions of the website may be available to you. In cases where you merely wish to prevent etracker from processing your data, you can use an etracker opt-out cookie on the following website, which means that no visitor data from your browser will be collected and stored by etracker in future:

www.etracker.de/privacy;

The opt-out cookie is called "cntcookie" and is set by etracker. It may not be deleted as long as you object to the data storage.
