Our all-round connector is always the best choice for water, gas, heating and district heating lines. The connectors are made of lead-free brass (according to drinking water regulations) and thus are ideal for the use in drinking water systems.

The connector consist of only three components, thus it enables a quick and simple assembling without any special tool. The fixed insert pipe ensures an optimal form of the PE Pipe and stabilizes the pipe inwards, so the insert pipe holds up internal pressure. Even by negative pressure, PE pipes do not deform with our connectors. The sealing function is given by fixed inserts pipe with its special contour.
Our connectors are made of thermally unstressed Ecobrass. Ecobrass is a lead-free alloy, qualified for using in drinking water areas according to drinking water regulation. The reliable brass is characterized by dezincification resistance and high durability.
Please note: Our connectors for other applications than drinking water are made of a different alloy (CW602).
Depending on the dimension, the sealing function is guaranteed by a profile seal ring or an o-ring seal. Thus the connector owns a separate sealing and a separate clamping function. These functions are not dpendent on each other, which makes the flange connectors particularly safe.
