Technical structure

BEULCO manifolds are available in different versions. It is easily possible to swap the return and flow if the circumstances require it. Exception: When using top meters - these must be installed in the return. The manifolds are designed in such a way that the flow and return are arranged offset above each other to simplify installation and assembly. This means that pipes can simply be laid behind the manifold bar.

Material

BEULCO heating and cooling manifolds are made of high-quality brass and therefore ensure efficient and even heat distribution and a constant room temperature. The manifolds are available in 1" and 1 ¼" profile pipe.

Hydraulic balancing

Fulfillment of duties according to standards and guidelines (Germany)

Various standards and guidelines, including the Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEv), VOB/C DIN 18380, DIN EN 14336 and DIN EN 12831, require hydronic balancing. Hydraulic balancing is an important prerequisite for the proper functioning and energy-efficient operation of a system. The required control accuracy and efficiency can only be achieved with a hydraulically balanced system in all components. Hydraulic balancing is required by law for new systems and as part of the renovation of existing systems. Proof of hydronic balancing is therefore also mandatory. There is also an obligation to carry out a leak test after the system has been installed. A record must also be kept of this test. 

To ensure optimum hydronic balancing, BEULCO manifolds are equipped with balancing valves or fine adjustment valves. You will find a quick method for correctly determining the setting values, especially in existing systems, in our catalog.
