What you can expect
After a thorough induction programme, you will be part of our sales team. You will be responsible for the further development of the southern Bavaria sales region, representing the BEULCO brand to customers and business partners and supporting topics and projects in the field of digital water supply. You will be supported by all field sales colleagues throughout Germany as well as our office team.
Your tasks include in detail
- Support for utilities at all decision-maker levels, especially water managers (existing and new customers)
- Support for specialised wholesalers in civil engineering and SHK
- Negotiating orders with retailers/utilities
- Organising training courses and presentations for customers
- Active participation in trade fairs and preparation of regional/house trade fairs
- Market research and ideas for innovations
- Market and competition monitoring
- Preparation of visit/weekly reports
What you ideally bring along
- Technical and/or commercial training
- Several years of experience in field sales of water supply products
- Experience in supporting retailers and trade/utilities (three-stage sales channel)
- Independent and entrepreneurial thinking and acting in your own area
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and flexibility
- High technical affinity
- Enjoyment of new issues/technologies in the field of digitalisation of water supply
- Experience in using the Office package (Microsoft 365, including Teams, Sharepoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in dealing with ERP/CRM systems
