Sustainable technologies also require sustainable components
Low operating costs, lower CO2 emissions and heat generation without fossil resources - just some of the advantages of heating with a heat pump. The technology is the fastest growing in the German heating market in percentage terms. With the German government's goal of installing 500,000 heat pumps a year from 2024, we are taking a further step towards sustainability. According to the Federal Association of the German Heating Industry, this requires further supporting measures along the entire value chain. Only with a comprehensive product portfolio can the goals of the heating transition be implemented affordably for households and acceptance for the climate and heating transition be maintained among the population.
However, to ensure that not only the technology itself is sustainable, but also the value chain, appropriate components are also required.
